Refund and Cancellation Policy

Pro Dealer Subscription (€150/month)

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard → "Manage Subscription" → "Cancel"
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to Pro Dealer features until that date
  • We do not prorate partial months

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU consumers (where applicable) have 14 days from initial subscription to request a full refund — even if the subscription has been used. Email [email protected] with your subscription ID.

Refunds Outside the Cooling-Off Period

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

One-Time Promotions (Sell €150–€660 / Wanted €80–€600)

Before Publication

If you cancel before your promotion is published (admin review queue), we issue a full refund within 24 hours.

After Publication

Once your promotion is live on social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), the service is delivered. No refunds for published promotions, except:

  • We reject your promotion during admin review → automatic full refund
  • We fail to publish due to technical issues → full refund + a free credit for retry
  • The targeted ad campaign delivers <50% of promised impressions → proportional refund

GST Credits (credit packs & credit subscriptions)

GST Credits are the platform's prepaid currency for searches, listings and promotions. The following applies to every credit purchase:

  • 14-day withdrawal right (EU): you may cancel a credit purchase within 14 days of payment and receive a refund for the unused credits from that purchase.
  • Spent credits: credits already spent on searches, listings or promotions are consumed services and are not refunded. A partially used purchase is refunded minus the value of the credits spent.
  • After 14 days: credit purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer goodwill refunds beyond the statutory withdrawal right.
  • Free monthly credits: free credits granted with your account have no cash value and are never refunded or paid out.

Refund Process

  1. Email [email protected] with your order ID and reason, OR
  2. Use the Refund Request Form in your account dashboard
  3. We review within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed by the active payment provider within 5–10 business days
  5. The refund appears on your original payment method

Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Most issues are resolved faster directly. Payment is processed through hosted checkout. GST Cranes handles service disputes and order evidence directly.
