How do I sell my crane?+
Open Sell your crane, upload one photo and chat with the agent. It recognises the crane, fills brand, model, capacity and a clean spec sheet, then you can publish with GST Credits for 60 days or add reach with credits. You keep 100% of the deal.
How do I post a wanted ad (buy)?+
Open Wanted and tell the agent the crane you need: type, capacity, brand and region. It builds a clean wanted ad and notifies verified sellers across 94 countries. Publishing uses GST Credits; after it is live you can add reach with credits. No commission.
How do I find a crane company?+
Open Firms and describe the lift job: weight, height, reach and location. The agent works out the right crane class and lists verified crane firms near you. Firm discovery is free.
Is my company already listed? How do I claim it?+
Search your firm in the directory. If it is already listed, open the company page and use Claim this listing to verify ownership with your business email.
How do I contact a seller or dealer?+
Every listing, dealer and company page shows the contact route. Messages land in the platform inbox and email notifications keep both sides moving.
I sent an inquiry but got no reply — what now?+
Your message goes straight to the seller's inbox and email, and their reply arrives in your email. Give it a day or two and check your spam folder. If you still hear nothing, contact us and we will nudge the seller.
How do I edit, renew or mark my listing as sold?+
Everything lives under Account → Listings: edit the listing, renew it when it approaches expiry, and mark it as sold once the deal closes. Renewing spends credits; marking as sold is free.
Is it free to browse?+
Yes. Browsing the directory and listings costs 0 credits. Marketplace search and GST AI marketplace answers spend 1 credit. Selling a crane or posting a wanted ad uses GST Credits; paid reach also spends credits.

GST Credits & billing

Do you charge commission?+
No commission on B2B deals. Buyers and sellers deal directly. Selling a crane and posting a wanted ad spend GST Credits; you buy credits through Pro or Business packages.
How does payment work?+
Hosted checkout is used to buy GST Credits. Product actions spend credits from your wallet. In test mode, no payment is taken and no card or payment method is charged. Browsing listings is free; marketplace search and AI marketplace answers spend 1 credit.
How do GST Credits work?+
GST Credits are your prepaid wallet: €1 buys 3 credits. A marketplace search costs 1 credit, publishing a sell listing or wanted ad costs 15 credits, and reach products (Search Boost, Social Push, Email) spend credits at the same rate. Browsing is always free.
Do I get free credits? Do they expire?+
Every account receives 50 free credits each calendar month, added automatically when you sign in. Credits never expire — unused credits roll over and stay in your wallet. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be paid out.
How do Pro and Business plans and monthly renewal work?+
Pro starts at €50/month for 150 credits; Business starts at €500/month for 1500 credits. Credits land in your wallet on every successful monthly charge. Yearly billing charges 10 months for 12 months of credits, granted upfront — 2 months free.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Cancel any time under Account → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and the credits in your wallet are never deleted. After the plan ends you can still spend them on searches and publishing.
Can I get a refund on credits?+
EU customers can withdraw within 14 days of a credit purchase and get the unused credits from that purchase refunded. Spent credits are consumed services and are not refunded; free monthly credits have no cash value. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page, and requests go through Account → Refund.
Where do I see my balance and receipts?+
Your balance and full credit history are under Account → Credits. A receipt is emailed after every purchase, and all receipts are listed under Account → Receipts.

Account

I can't log in — what should I check?+
Sign-in works with a one-time magic link by email or with Google, LinkedIn, Apple or Microsoft. Magic links expire quickly — request a fresh one and check your spam folder. Always use the same email address so your account, credits and listings stay together.
How do I delete my account or export my data?+
Both are self-serve: download a copy of your data under Account → Data export, and start deletion under Account → Delete account. Deletion has a 30-day grace period — signing in again within those 30 days cancels it automatically.
